Fujian Quanzhou Minguang Iron and Steel Co Ltd (福建泉州闽光钢铁有限责任公司), also known as Fujian San'an Iron & Steel Holdings Co., Ltd., is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant operating in Quanzhou, Fujian, China.

Background
According to the announcement of capacity replacement in October 2021, it is planned to build 2x100-tonne BOF with a capacity of 2300 thousand tonnes per annum and remove 3x50-tonne BOF with a capacity of 2550 thousand tonnes per annum.[1]
The company plans to construct one 1200m3 and one 1250m3 blast furnace within the existing plant, with an annual output of 2.28 million tons of hot metal. The Environmental Impact Assessment report for this project was approved and made public on December 21, 2022.[2]
