Background

Jinzhou Jingpeng cogeneration power station is a proposed 2 x 30 MW coal in Taihe, Jinzhou Prefecture, sponsored by Beifang Yatai Energy.[1] In early 2021, the power project reportedly started construction and received its permit later that year.[2][3]

Construction was ongoing in 2022, and was expected to be complete in 2023.[4][3]
