Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium and Titanium Co Ltd (四川德胜集团钒钛有限公司), also known as Sichuan Desheng Group Steel Co., Ltd., is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant operating in Leshan, Chongqing, China.

Background
The company will build a 1,250m³ blast furnace and demolish two 420m³ blast furnaces. The environmental impact report of the project has been approved.[1]
On September 21, 2022, the newly constructed 1250m³ blast furnace was successfully blowing-in and then successfully ignited and put into operation on December 9, 2022.[2][3]
