Tongling Xuanli Special Steel Co Ltd (铜陵市旋力特殊钢有限公司) is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant operating in Tongling, Anhui, China.

Background
The total investment of the project is over 4 billion RMB, which include the establishment of two 180m2 sintering machines, two 1080m3 blast furnaces, two 120-ton converters[1]. The Phase One project（1*180m2 sintering machine, 1*1080m3 BF and 1*120ton BOF )is now in operation.[2]
The company acquired 1040 ttpa of ironmaking capacity and 950ttpa steelmaking capacity from Henan Changtai Stainless Steel Plate Co., Ltd.[3]
