Background
The Fronteira power station was originally proposed as a 266 MW project[5][6], but its capacity was listed at 415 MW on the list of participants in Brazil's A-5 national energy auction in September 2021.[7]
As of November 2022, there had been no further news about the Fronteira plant in more than a year, and it was not listed as a participant in Brazil's 2022 energy auctions.[8]
