Background on Project

Yingkou Huicheng Cogen was set out as a 3 x 50 MW coal plant project on Xinlian Avenue in Bayuquan, Yingkou Prefecture. It was sponsored by Liaoning Energy Investment. Construction began in 2016.[1][2]

However, as of January 2023, there were no further developments, and the project appeared to be shelved or cancelled.
