Background

Originally an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor, TTCL has over the past decade shifted its focus increasingly to power generation. It has placed its power assets, including the Ahlone LNG project, in a Singapore-based holding company, and plans to spin off the company into a separate listed stock, in which TTCL would retain at least 60 percent.[1]
