Juan de Dios Bátiz Paredes power station (Central Termoeléctrica Juan de Dios Bátiz Paredes) is an operating power station of at least 320-megawatts (MW) in Topolobampo, Sinaloa, Mexico. It is also known as Topolobampo (Paredes) II.

Background

Starting in 2015, the Juan de Dios Bátiz Paredes power station was converted to run on dual fuel turbines capable of burning natural gas or fuel oil.[14][15] Gas for the power plant is supplied via the El Encino-Topolobampo Gas Pipeline, which was completed in 2018.[16][17][18]
