Background
The Santa Rosa power station has four operating units, also known as the UTI Plant (TG-5 and TG-6), the Westinghouse Plant (TG-7) and the Siemens Plant (TG-8).
The UTI plant operated only on Diesel until 2006, but it was converted to a dual-fuel system in 2009.[4] The Westinghouse plant started operating in 2005 and was later renovated in 2014.[4]
