Background

There is not much information about the pipeline online, but it appears to be a NGL pipeline that carries NGLs from Conway, Kansas to Northern Wichita, Kansas, to the midstream NGL activities of Phillips 66.[1][3][4]

Note this is distinct from the Conway Gathering Line owned by Enterprise Products Partners.
