Background

According to June 2020 data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the pipeline currently connects Enterprise's Midland-to-Sealy Pipeline and the converted Red Seminole Pipeline to the Enterprise Crude Houston (ECHO) oil terminal in Houston, Texas via the Enterprise Crude Houston Oil (ECHO) Pipeline.
