Tartous Cement Eppeh Cement Plant (معمل اسمنت طرطوس), also known as Tartus Cement Plant, is an integrated cement plant that has been mothballed in Eppeh, Tartus, Syria.

Background

The Tartus Cement Plant began operation in 1982, with four production lines and a total capacity of 5,000 tonnes of clinker per day. Over the years, the plant fell into disrepair, and as of 2025, production was completely stopped. That same year, however, an Emirati company announced an investment to redevelop the plant.
