Map of PNG Power Limited's transmission network that they manage and operate in Papua New Guinea. Much of the country lacks connection to the grid with the majority of transmission infrastructure concentrated between the cities of Lae, Wabag, and Mendi. At the time of the map's publication, there were 22 thermal power stations operated by PNG Power, of which 21 are along the coast and 19 are not connected to central transmission lines. The map was initially published by PNG Power Limited in their 2017 Information Handbook.
