Jinsha Waste Coal power station (贵阳能源金沙低热值煤发电厂) is a shelved power station in Chayuan, Jinsha, Bijie, Guizhou, China. It is also known as 金沙县清洁高效能源基地园区项目, 金沙茶园1×700MW低热值电厂, Guiyang Jinsha Waste Coal power station.

Background on Project
In March 2021, Guiyang Energy Group announced plans for building a 1 x 700 MW coal plant in Chayuan, Jinsha County.[2]
The project was mentioned in 2024 local government work plan but no concrete developments[3]. It is marked shelved.
