Background on Project

In 2010 China Huaneng announced plans to build a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 700 MW in Jilin Province.[1]

In 2014 the Dunhua City Development and Reform Bureau said the plant had been deferred, due to shifting economic conditions.[2][3]

With no developments since 2010, the project appears to be abandoned.
