Background on Project

In 2010 China Huaneng and Ningxia Power Generation Group proposed to build a waste coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 600 MW in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.[1]

However, there have been no developments on this project, and it appears to be abandoned.
