Huaneng Yingkou cogen power station (华能营口热电公司) is an operating power station of at least 700-megawatts (MW) in 1 Mingzhu Road, Bayuquan, Yingkou, Liaoning, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as Yingkou Coastal power station.

In October 2024, a tender for preliminary technical consulting was issued[6]; in November 2024, the tender was awarded[7].
In September 2025, Phase II project approval was granted[8].
In April 2026, a survey and design tender was issued[9]. In May 2026, a tender for preliminary design review was issued[10]. In June 2026, tenders for survey and design and site preparation were issued[11], and the survey and design contract was awarded[12].
