Project-level coal details

Background

Beijing Energy Investment Holding and Shuangxin Energy Group have proposed a 2 x 350 MW power station. It was permitted in September 2015. The heat and electricity will mainly supply chemical production for Shuangxin Energy Group's Shuangxin Chemical Company.

Construction began in October 2015. It is planned for commissioning in December 2018.

Planet satellite photos from July 2017 to April 2018 show construction is ongoing.

Unit 1 was commissioned in September 2019 and unit 2 in December 2019.
