Background
This plant was established in 1985, from the most primitive egg kiln to start, in 1996 the formation of Hebei Kuisan Cement Group Co., Ltd. to become the largest private cement enterprises in Hebei Province, in 2009 and Jidong Cement hand in hand, the joint formation of Kuisan Jidong Cement Co. It has become the first case of the integration and reorganization of the cement industry in Hebei Province and the first case of the large-scale building materials in the province that the Chinese enterprises and private enterprises of the enterprise group really work together.[3]
