Background

Linyi Xincheng Jinluo cogen power station was a 50 MW coal plant in Gaotang, Liaocheng prefecture, owned by Linyi Xincheng Jinluo Meat Manufactory Group. An additional 50 MW was under construction, and completed in July 2021.
