Background

In early 2024, Saudi Aramco dialed "down plans for capacity expansion, throwing some ambitious projects into disarray" according to Energy Voice.[8] However, the outlet reported that project which had already reached FID, including Zuluf Expansion Oil and Gas Field (Saudi Arabia), Berri Expansion Oil Field (Saudi Arabia) and Marjan, "would continue as planned."
