Background

Petrovsk-Frolovo-Izobilnoye Gas Pipeline (Russian: Газопровод Петровск-Фролово-Изобильное) is a segment of the Pochinki-Izobilnoe-North Stavropol Gas Pipeline. It runs from Petrovsk, Saratov Oblast, Russia, to Izobilny, Stavropol Krai, Russia.

The pipeline provides gas for the Blue Stream Gas Pipeline. In May 2023, both pipelines underwent preventative maintenance, as a result of which the they stopped operating for 5 days.
