Background

The pipeline originates at Rizhao Lanshan Port and passes through Rizhao, Linyi, Weifang, Zibo, Dongying, and Binzhou, terminating at Zhonghai Fine Chemical in Binzhou. It transports imported crude oil from Rizhao Port to independent refineries along the route in Rizhao, Binzhou, and Zibo, including Haiyou Petrochemical, Xintai Petrochemical, Huifeng Petrochemical, Jincheng Petrochemical, Yongxin Petrochemical, Jingbo Petrochemical, Zhonghai Asphalt, and Zhonghai Fine Chemical.

Rizhao Port–Ju County Oil Pipeline 日照港-莒县输油管道

The Rizhao Port–Ju County Oil Pipeline, also known as the Lanshan–Ju County Oil Pipeline, was approved in 2017 and commissioned in 2021 (the commissioning date is inferred due to the lack of an official record). This pipeline primarily transports crude oil to Haiyou Petrochemical.

Rizhao Port-Zhonghai Fine Chemical Oil Pipeline 日照港-滨州中海精细化工输油管道

This pipeline primarily transports crude oil to independent refineries in Binzhou and Zibo. A 2020 report indicated that the project was under construction, but no updates have been reported since; therefore, its status is inferred as cancelled.

Zibo Branch 日照港-沾化输油管道淄博支线
