Solid Cement Antipolo Cement Plant parent company - CEMEX SAB de CV has made transaction through separate agreements with DACON Corporation, DMCI Holdings, and Semirara Mining & Power Corporation for a total US$800 million[2]. The plant was recognized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ (DENR’s) Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) for its small scale waste to energy co-processing of residual wastes[3].
