Background
Taiji Aluminum Co. has proposed a power station of 700 MW to support an aluminum plant in Ma'ai Town. A pre-feasibility study was completed in 2015.[1][2][3]
The ownership shifted from Taiji Aluminum Co. to Baise Mining Group in September 2016.[4][5]
As of September 2019 the project is under construction.[6]
