The Talabira I coal mine is currently owned by Adani Enterprises Limited in Odisha state, India.[1] The mine has an approved capacity of 3 million tonnes per annum, but has produced less than 0.5 million tonnes per annum since 2015, and 0 million tonnes in 2019.[2] In 2016, the company sold surrounding mine blocks, Talabira I and II, to NCL India.
