Background

The cement plant is the first “two into three” in Tangshan City, the overall completion of the relocation project.[3] The company has achieved “zero external power purchases” at its plant. By utilizing the rooftops of existing buildings on the plant premises, as well as the tailings piles and slopes of the mine, it has constructed a 30-megawatt solar power project and a 33.36-megawatt distributed wind power project.[4]
