The Welspun Mega Industrial & Energy Park is a proposed 1,320-megawatt coal-fired power station in Madhya Pradesh, India.

A July 2011 Ministry of Coal summary of proposed coal projects identifies the park as one of several Welspun proposals that are pending applications for coal allocations.[1]

As of August 2015 the power station has yet to receive environmental clearance.
