Yixing Xielian power station

Yixing Xielian power station (宜兴协联发电厂) is an operating power station of at least 1110-megawatts (MW) in Yixing, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating.

Background

Units 1-4 of the plant, totaling 150 MW, were retired in 2014. Units 5-6 (135 MW) were commissioned in 2004-2005 and still operating. The plant is owned by Saha-Union.[4][5]

A 840 MW gas-fired power plant at the same location was commissioned in 2015. [6]
