Background

In December 2022, Guizhou Xifeng Industrial Park Development Investment Company announced that its proposal for a new combined heat and power project in Xiaozhaiba Area, Industrial Agglomeration Area had been approved by the Xifeng County Development and Reform Bureau.[1] Construction of the 3 x 50 MW project was expected to take place over the course of 36 months, so the project would presumably be commissioned in 2025.[1]

A feasibility study report for the project was submitted by the owner and approved by the Xifeng County Development and Reform Bureau in December 2022.[2]
