Background

The two-unit power station had a total original of 84 MW of capacity and was started up in 2006 by the Zhejiang Ji'an Paper Container Company.[1]

In July 2020, two additional 35 MW units were reportedly announced at Zhejiang Ji'an Paper Container power station.[2]

The new Unit 1 began operating in February 2023.[3] The new Unit 2 began operating in December 2023.[4]
