Tangshan Delong Iron & Steel Co Ltd (唐山市德龙钢铁有限公司), also known as Tangshan Hengan Industrial Co., Ltd.; Tangshan Lefeng Steel Co., Ltd., is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) retired steel plant in Tangshan, Hebei, China.

Background
The existing equipment capacity has been transferred and will be phased out in 2023.[1]
On May 30, 2023, the company ceased to accept scrap steel. On the afternoon of May 31, the blast furnace and converters were successively shut down, marking the end of operations for the steel mill that had been operating in Tangshan for 23 years. Equipment dismantling is set to be completed by September 30, 2023. This move has led to the closure of the major steel factory, resulting in unemployment for 3,000 employees.[2]
