Shandong Chuanyang Group Co Ltd (山东传洋集团有限公司), also known as Zouping Chuanyang Group Co., Ltd.; Zouping County Changshan Metal Material Co., Ltd.; Shandong Zouping Chuanyang Group Co., Ltd., is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) retired steel plant in Binzhou, Shandong, China.

Background
According to the steel capacity transfer plan of the Shandong Province People's Government, Shandong Chuanyang Group Co., Ltd. and another steel plant located in Zouping, Shandong Province (Shandong Guangfu Group Co., Ltd.) will withdraw a total of over 10 million tons of iron and steel production capacity by 2022. The two plants will dismantle eight blast furnaces, five basic oxygen furnaces and two electric furnaces, equaling 5.69 million tons of ironmaking capacity and 6.66 million tons of steelmaking capacity. This capacity will be transferred to Rizhao Steel Holding Group, with the Shandong plants' equipment to be fully dismantled before the new equipment of Rizhao Iron and Steel Group is completed and put into operation.
