Changzhou Eastern Special Steel Co., Ltd. (常州东方特钢有限公司), also known as Jiangsu Jinkai Steel Co., Ltd., is a 3600 thousand tonnes per annum (TTPA) blast furnace (BF), basic oxygen furnace (BOF) and electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Background
As the company failed to pass the preliminary review by Jiangsu Province due to voluntary abandonment of the regulatory announcement, and has now been included in the list of steel companies to be revoked.[2]
According to the capacity replacement plan in December 2019, the company plans to build a 1820m3 blast furnace and two 100-tonne basic oxygen furnaces (BOF).[3]The Environment Impact Assessment report of the project was approved in November 2022.[4]
