Background

The company's capacity replacement project plans to build a BF(1200m3) and a BOF(100-ton) to replace 2* 450m3 BF and 2*60-ton BOF. The blast furnace has been topped out in September 2020.[1][2]

On January 30th, the world's largest specification, a super-large round casting with a diameter of ф1300 millimeters, was successfully trial-produced in Chengde Jianlong, setting a new record for the largest size group interval of continuous casting round billets in the world today and achieving world leadership.[3]
