煤矿背景

同煤国电同忻煤矿有限公司由同煤集团和国电电力公司共同出资兴办，同煤占72%股份，国电占28%股份，是国家发改委2006年核准的全国十个千万吨级矿井之一，是山西省属国有重点煤炭企业。矿井于2008年4月开工建设，2013年5月31日验收合格正式投产。 2020年12月同忻煤矿公告的生产能力为1600万吨/年。
