Background

According to the production capacity swap announcement in December 2021, the company plans to build a 1500m³ blast furnace, and dismantle two 450m3 blast furnaces and one 530m3 blast furnace.[1]

In 2015, the company illegally built a 1280m³ blast furnace without a capacity swap.[2][3]
