Background
The company has a registered capital of 300 million yuan. It will rely on the existing steel production capacity of 7.37 million tons from the four enterprises, namely Xinjin, Wen'an, Hongmelt, and Yongcheng, to carry out capacity reduction, transformation, and enhancement. In the Nangong River Industrial Park, a steel project with a scale of 6 million tons will be constructed. Preliminary estimates indicate that steel production capacity can be reduced by 1.47 million tons.[1]
