煤矿背景
陕西能源凉水井矿业有限责任公司煤矿于2005年3月开工建设，2007年7月完工，2009年4月29日通过竣工验收，矿井正式投产，设计规模400万吨/年。2012年12月27日陕西省煤炭生产安全监督管理局同意该矿生产能力核定为800万吨/年。[5]
该矿所产煤炭可用作电力和气化用煤。[7]2024年2月相关信息显示，该矿给陕投商洛电厂二期2×660MW机组项目提供煤炭，年供煤约244万吨，全部采用铁路运输。[8]2026年8月18日，该项目的3号机组已正式投产。[15] 2025年5月的信息显示，该矿和陕西金泰化学科技集团有限公司建立“煤化联动”协作机制，两者直线距离仅10公里。通过采用“点对点直供”模式，该矿在2025年4-5月份给陕西金泰化学科技集团有限公司供应近6万吨煤炭。[9]
