煤矿背景

陕西陕煤曹家滩矿业有限公司曹家滩煤矿 于2017年3月获国家发改委核准，建设规模1500万吨/年，配套建设相同规模的洗煤厂，一期投产规模800万吨。[13]2019年1月29日，国家发改委同意该矿由分期投产变成一次建成投产，建成规模为1500万吨/年。[14]该矿历经7年建设，于2019年正式投产。[15]2022年1月该矿产能核增至1700万吨/年，2023年9月产能核增至2500万吨/年。[16]

该矿所产煤炭经过矿区铁路、包西铁路（内蒙古包头-陕西西安）运至陕煤集团在榆神工业区清水煤化工业园的煤化工企业，向南运送到华南、华中地区，块煤按30%的比例运往周边城镇销售。[17]2019年9月28日，该矿首次通过靖神铁路（陕西省榆林市神木西站至靖边北站）-浩吉铁路（内蒙古鄂尔多斯市浩勒报吉南站至江西省吉安市吉安站）向湖南的益阳电厂提供电力用煤。[18]
