Background

In August 2021, the company's iron-making capacity has been sold to Shagang Group Anyang Yongxing Special Steel Co., Ltd.^[1]

According to a March 2024 announcement from the Anyang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Anyang Huixin Special Steel Co., Ltd. has transferred its two 40-ton converters, with an annual steelmaking capacity of 1.2 million tons, to Henan Yaxin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.^[2]
