Background
ArcelorMittal Olaberria-Bergara operates two facilities, one located near Olaberria and one located near Bergara. The Bergara site is a rolling mill that has not produced steel since 2009 but continuous to process steel to create finished products[1][2]. The Olaberria site is tracked here.
