Athani Sugar power station (ಅಥಣಿ ಶುಗರ್ಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಕೆಂಪ್ವಾಡ್ ಯೂನಿಟ್) is an operating power station of at least 52-megawatts (MW) in India. It is also known as Athani Sugars Limited Kempwad Unit, Athani Farmers Sugar Steam Cogen Plant, Madhbhavi.
