Avtovskaya power station (Автовская ТЭЦ, also known as Avtovskaya CHP Plant-15) is a 216-megawatt (MW) operating power station in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad, Russia, fueled by fuel oil and gas.

Background
The station provides electrical and thermal energy to industrial enterprises, residential and public buildings of the Admiralteisky, Moskovsky, Kirovsky and Krasnoselsky districts of St. Petersburg. About 1 million people live in the heat supply zone of the station.[3] According to the Ministry of Energy 2023-2028 energy plan, released in February 2023, Unit 6 (Russian: Т-100/120-130) will be upgraded in 2024 to increase capacity to 120 MW.
