Coal Mine Background

Bailu Coal Mine was built in April 1994 and was officially put into operation in 1996, with a designed production capacity of 0.21 million tons/year. The integration of coal resources began in June 2010 and ended in May 2012.[2]The approved production capacity in 2018 was 1.2 million tons/year.[3]
