Background on Project

According to Platts, Shaanxi Youser Group is currently planning to build a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 250 MW in Gansu Province.[1]

However, there appear to be no other public sources of information regarding these proposed units, and they may have been cancelled.
