Background
On December 11, 2024, 中核钛白 and 广东建工 signed a cooperation framework agreement to jointly invest in a comprehensive energy project in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. This project includes a combined heat and power project with an estimated investment of approximately 800 million yuan and a construction period of two years. The power plant will feature two 440 t/h high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers and two 59 MW back-pressure steam turbine generator sets, to be constructed by Gansu Zhonghe Tong Thermal Energy Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Construction.[2][3].
