Background

According to June 2020 data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the pipeline originates at the Mid-Continent Fractionation & Storage LLC’s (MCF&S) facility in Conway, Kansas to Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. It's designed to transport 120,000 barrels per day (bpd) of natural gas liquids (NGLs) but is expandable to 225,000 bpd.[1]
