Background on Project

Hubei Energy Group is planning to build a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 300 MW in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

The power station is under construction, and planned for operation in August 2016.

Unit 1 began operating in 2016, and unit 2 in 2017.
