Background
As part of the ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) initiative to transition legacy power generation to renewable energy the Braes Bayou plant utilizes LM6000 technology which is equipped to burn 40% hydrogen with a pathway to 100% over the course of a decade.[9]
